David Negrón
Founder, CEO and Developer
With a vision of connecting the masses and empowering creative expression through the arts and media, David founded One Light Music in 2004, and shortly thereafter launched Productiontrax.com, quickly becoming one of the most popular user-driven music libraries on the internet. An accomplished pianist, trumpeter and composer, David holds strongly to his belief in the power of music for communication, expression, inspiration, and as a vehicle for social change. After seeing the need for innovative, yet personal fundraising opportunities through volunteer work and community involvement, David began to apply his knowledge and experience as a web developer and business leader to impact social change, founding Cause.fm in 2010. Nearly two years of planning and coding later, the Cause.fm platform was born. David graduated from the University of Southern California's Thornton School of Music with a B.M. in Jazz Studies in 2003.
